Blue Finance Ltd has decided to withdraw from the Spanish market. Although the market is interesting and there are opportunities for a profitable business case, the development of the operations would require significant additional investments. Committing to these investments would not be appropriate use of the Company’s resources. Therefore, the Company has sold 100% of the shares in Blue Finance Iberica S.L.U. on 7 July 2025 to Credimax LLC, a Delaware, USA based financial services company.
