Complaints and Right to Appeal

Blue Finance Denmark ApS is a finance company. Therefore, if you have not resolved your complaint with the Legal and/or Managing teams of Blue Finance Denmark ApS or you are not satisfied with the complaint handling, you can appeal to:

The complaint must be sent to the above address or to nh@naevneneshus.dk. Before you file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, you must have filed a complaint with Blue Finance Denmark ApS and have had your claim rejected in whole or in part by Blue Finance Denmark ApS. You can complain directly to Blue Finance Denmark ApS by sending an email to legal@bluefinance.dk. Please note that a fee is charged for filing a case with Nævnenes Hus. The complaint fee of DKK 100.00 is non-refundable, regardless of whether your complaint is upheld in whole or in part, or the complaint cannot be processed by the board.
